In Loving Memory of Nian Ning (1987-2008)
I don't know this girl. But after reading her news, I feel extremely sad and sorry for her family, her boyfriend, her friends and everyone who knows her. From what I gathered, she's a bright and brilliant girl who's studying medicine in Sydney under ASEAN scholarship, and now having her summer break at home I guess. She was on her way to KL where her bf was waiting for her but a car crash on the highway killed her just like that.

Please post this on your blog now to help:
Chung Lern and Nian Ning’s families would like all families and friends of the victims, dead or alive, in the Slim River Bus Crash to come forward and join them in taking action against the bus company. Stand up to seek justice for these three innocent individuals, who were all so young and full of life.
If you have a blog, please call out to ANYONE who knows someone who survived or did not survive the crash to come forward to join the Lee family.
Make a huge difference, make a huge fuss.
For now, you may contact Lee Chung Lern at chunglern@gmail.com or preferably on his handphone at 012-6670368.

fourth day (25/1, fri)
raining whole day.. literally spent the whole day shopping, shopping and more shopping. was so tired of taking off and putting on the coat again and again everytime i try something new at any shops. then in the end either my size is not available, or can see tummy, so tak jadi buy lagi sad.. wasted all the effort and energy inside the changing room.
look at the bags we're carrying and you'll know how much we've shopped for that day alone. told ya hong kong is a place for nothing else but shopping and just shopping.. but u have to pandai-pandai go during sales period lah. this photo marks the end of our stay in HK.
last day (26/1, sat)
ONE day in macau. again, i dont like this place. so, i'll try to keep this short.. or maybe i should just let the pictures do the main talking.
ruins of st. paul's.. which is one of the world heritage in macau. the portuguese-style stone road. fyi, this place is called largo do senado.
This portuguese egg tart is a MUST-EAT in Macau! You will love it straight away at the very first bite. woooh!! totally irresistible..
the pastry is very very crispy and the egg part is soooo smooth it feels like jelly... its seriously good till the last bite. looking at the pic i still wana eat it now. after lunch, we practically spent the rest of our time at the newly opened venetian macau. again, its wayyy below my expectation after reading kennysia's blog. all the interior design is so fake even those who have not been to the real venice are hardly impressed. i think they really tried hard to save on their spending cost.
so that's about it.. my 5 days 4 nights trip to hongkong/macau with cheayin & eghee. all in all, it was an unforgetable trip.
what a long day. and today is actually a record. i haven't been seeing so many people in a day since i'm back.. the 7am tennis session with chuang and khang gee was good ! (i dont care, i wanna play again tomorrow..) it makes me feel good after working out with these funny people. yesss, all i need is just some good work-out to keep my body and i'll feel totally good with myself just like now. so stop herbalizing me.. btw, mr. loh, i still kenot tahan your super cold jokes lahh.

later in the afternoon, met up with minyi and sze-min for lunch at hayaki. (yin, we miss u !!) we were talking so much about everything from ballet, studies, jobs, travel, food to boyfriends, diet, detox and etc. if it wasn't minyi who had a class to attend at 4pm, i think we could continue forever since the kopitiam is opened 24hours. then at the same time, i met cheayin who came to hayaki for lunch. and later when i sent sze-min home, met up with szechia to go to kbmall for a while..

shall now continue with my hong kong trip entries..
our 3rd day didn't just end so easily at disneyland.. before we call it a night, we decided to give ourselves a small treat and chill out at the most famous place in HK -- Lan Kwai Fong.Lan Kwai Fong is a place like Bangsar or Sri Hartamas in KL.. The place only comes alive at night. It's basically a square with many bars and pubs lining up the streets, blasting with different genre of music.. before i went to HK, I was told by my mum that Lan Kwai Fong is the place where most of the local youngsters hang out at night or working people chill out after work.. but, what i saw was mostly foreigners standing in groups outside the bar with their drinks in hand, talking and laughing, while some tourists were busy taking photos, looking around and all instead.. hmm, wrong information from drama series.
we went into this pub where there's a live band... i always prefer pubs with live band becoz u dont just pay for the drinks but also the live performance. so i ordered my all-time favourite mojitos and ee ghee got a vodka orange.. we spent about an hour or so there before we headed back to our hostel. =) the whole day was good .

third day(24/1, thurs)
we woke up full of anticipation that morning all because we're going to disneyland.. the dimsum breakfast that morning was another disappointment.i'll skip this part. the train which took us from sunny bay station to disneyland is disney-themed! everything is so cute.. see the mickey-shaped handles and windows... these details have helped to create the playful atmosphere in the train. so the journey to disneyland itself is already exciting. the only regret is that it is quite short. the journey lasted less than five minutes.. before anything, we're already arriving at the disneyland train station. i wish it had lasted longer because you don't get to ride on a disney-themed train like that everyday. Hong Kong Disneyland! One tip to enjoy the park to the fullest: you have to go knowing this is a much smaller park, then you'll not be disappointed. I was quite surprised at how small it is. Even smaller than our Genting outdoor theme park I think... There's not much to do at the park for our age. The park is divided into four parts, Adventureland, Fantasyland, Tomorrowland and ... I can't remember all the names. There are a few rides to take but we didn't take any. I don't know why. Instead, we had fun meeting all the Disney characters.. The park wasn't too crowded that day, so we didn't have to queue for too long to take photos with these characters. Weather was cold and drizzling a bit now and then. Look at Donald's expression. Hahah, he's so funnyy. I feel like looking for an internship or a job at Disneyland after I grad. That will be so much fun...
And this stupid goofy is hiding himself behind us. Sometimes I think you can easily tell whether it's a guy or girl inside by observing their actions or movements. Mickey is so tame and quiet if compared to Donald and Goofy. So we made our own conclusion that inside Mickey is a girl while inside Donald and Goofy are guys.. Inside Mickey's house. I was being mistaken as the staff working there by more than five people. It was after the afternoon parade show, I was waiting for Snow White to take photos with her when I realized most of the people passing by were staring at me for a few secs. More than three came to me and asked me for directions and when I said I don't know, they gave me this look and said "ohh, you're not working here isit?" HAHA! And then there were a few kids who started to wave at me... CheaYin told me that they think i'm Mickey and suggested that I act like one. So I started posing in front of the camera CheaYin was holding and started smiling and waving back to kids who look at me... Hahaha! And they really waved back! And there was this chubby boy who saw me and asked me where is my mask.. muahahha.. He actually asked if it's ok to have my signature but I just smiled and walked away... Poor boy, he must be so dissapointed with the Mickey he met. it was quite fun acting like a Mickey. hahaha.. Thanks to my red coat and the mickey hairband..and the hands. lol. We definitely had a memorable time there=)
second day(23/1, wed)
kicked off our second day with congee and yaucharkuay 油炸鬼 for breakfast. the shop is 知粥常乐(that's a creative name..), located just a stone's throw away from our hostel.their 油炸鬼 is delicious! if you're a 油炸鬼 lover like me, you'll love it becoz it's crispy on the outside but very soft near the inside layer. hoho.. sounds delicious leh? it can be quite filling though. After our breakfast, we hit on our way to 尖沙咀 Tsim Sha Tsui. It is a place where you get a panoramic view of the hong kong's skyscrapers. too bad, weather was not on our side that day.. it was so misty for the whole day. we couldn't get a clear view of the magnificent night view of HK. pretty unlucky becoz some say that HK night view is so spectacular you have to see it at least once before you die... but it doesn't really matter oso lah. we've seen it mah.. so, can die d..
the must-take photo for all tourists at 星光大道。if you have friends who have been to HK, check out their photos on friendster/facebook/myspace..etc, i bet they'll have the same photo, only with different pose. unless they don't know bruce lee, or they don't have a digicam with them.. This is one of the streets in Mongkok area. I find the name is quite interesting. Imagine if it's Malaysia, then the street will be named Jalan Cuci Baju. hahaha... Maybe hongky tourists will think that Jalan Gajah Mati doesn't make sense because after translating the name into Chinese, it will be 大象死街
Basically Mongkok is a very busy area with lots of people and passing cars.. something like Petaling Street. You can get all sorts of stuff there at a bargainable price. But becareful, if you don't have the intention to buy, don't start bargaining.. if not, people will 'diu lei' lorr. Again, they're not friendly.. I'm not comfortable with the crowd so we didn't stay there too long.
for those who read kennysia, i think you will be familiar with the followings. he recommended this shop which sells mango pudding before on his blog. so we tried it out when we were there, of course with pretty high expectations after reading all his compliments for the shop. but it turned out to be more of a dissapointment. first, the price is not cheap. one bowl like that will cost you around 26HKD. (i can buy one spaghetti top from H&M already..) and.. i personally think you can get almost the similar, if not better, thing at Hayaki. seriously.. ^^ and with the same price, you can get to enjoy five to six bowls of mango ice rock at hayaki! Really, i think this 许留山 shop is just being over-rated simply becoz of its popularity. you can see the shop almost everywhere in HK.. Where there's a Sasa, there's a 许留山。talking about the taste, there's really nothing great to be shouted about.

Hello people! Back from my Hong Kong trip.. It was GREAT. Really... I can't think of a second word to tell you how great it was... hmm, minus the food and a couple of culture shocks here and there, I'll give it a 100% or an A+.. so you get the idea.

first day (22/1, tues)
Arrived at Macau around 10:15 in the morning.. People there are rude. They don't greet you, no 'hello', no 'thank you', let alone 'have a nice day'.. They hardly smile, and they are reluctant to tell you where to go from the tourist information centre. What's worse is that they don't queue for the bus. When the bus is arriving, you'll see one group of ppl coming out of nowhere pushing their way across you and get on the bus.. everything's so natural. wtf... (1st culture shock) one min ago, you were the first one in the line, but now you'd rather wait for the next bus. luckily there's another one arriving behind. this time, you know how its like, so you give no face and before anything else, you're already pushing your way through, even harder. lol... only the strong ones will survive i tell you.

We arrived at our hostel in Hong Kong around 2pm after the one-hour-long journey from Macau. This is our room! Clean and nice, very comfortable
I'd recommend this hostel to anyone who's planning to go to Hong Kong and looking for a good youth hostel. (do not expect any big room though, remember that HK is a small city with limited ground space)The name of the hostel is Yes Inn. It's ideally located on the Hong Kong island at Fortress Hill, which is just two stations away from the Causeway Bay a.k.a Tong Lo Wan by the subway train (MTR), and the room rates are reasonable. Good for students like us who can't afford to pay for hotels.
You wouldn't know it's such a decent and nice hostel from the outside because it's one of the units in a building which looks something like this... Yea, like those you can see from drama series, i.e: detective investigation files. look at this guy, he cannot tahan d, wana act like 陶大宇。For that few days staying there, going in and out the building, we feel like we're living in the drama.. hahaha!

We started off our first day in Hong Kong shopping at Causeway Bay. Gosh.. the SALES! Almost all the shops are having winter sales up to 70% discount. You know, it's a sin to not buy at time like that. I got myself this red winter coat with 50% off from Esprit that first night itself. Intentionally left my black winter coat at home so that I have a reason to get a new coat there if the weather is cold.. hehe. That's the whole purpose of going to HK rite. Outside Times Square building at night..

Sheer excitement. :)
I can't hide this anymore.. The endeavor to suppress my happiness here is not easy. Since people who should know about the news first have already been informed, I shall now share the joy with you! We're going to Hong Kong TOMORROW morning !!!! I'm totally excited about it because this is the first time ever we're travelling to another country together. It will be a 5 days 4 nights trip..

I've never traveled together with my good old friends a.k.a hometown friends to another country.. (ok, except for the last summer vacation) Before this I've been either visiting friends and relatives in different countries like Japan, UK, Singapore, Denmark or travelling with my friends in Korea.. but this time it's different. I can't find a good reason to tell you why its different but... you know, I just feel that doing anything with your hometown friends is always something special. Especially nowadays when everyone is studying abroad at different places, you hardly have time to even sit down together, let alone planning a trip like that...

So, we'll be spending 5 days 4 nights shopping, eating, exploring, sleeping together and not to mention the Disneyland and all the magnificent nightviews in hongkong!! Can you imagine how excited I am?

It was last tuesday night when we were yamcha-ing at hayaki 24hours, and talking about how great it would be if we could go taiwan or hong kong together.. but it all seemed a little impossible to us then because of err, what was the reason again? anyway, we gave up the idea in the end and went home like normal .. but the next day, out of curiousity, i did some survey on the internet about the airfare to taiwan/hong kong and to my surprise, it's way lower than our expectation! so we went out again that night and started to talk about it, more seriously this time.. Yes, it all happened in less than 24 hours and we made the decision 2 days later after buying the tickets online! (Yes, decision was officially made only after the payment was done. LOL~) The airfare costed each of us RM704.98 for a KL-Macau return-ticket.. which is a good chance, i reckon. =) Searched for the youth hostel online and managed to book a decent one with good price at 504HKD/night/room. (504*0.4/3=RM67.2/person/night) I just hope that the hostel won't turn out to be a dissapointment, that's all.

Ok, I have to run now! Still got some packing to do, taking the 5pm flight to KL later! see ya! muaxxx.

TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

love this poem. life is about making choices and often we'll come to times of dilemma, moments of uncertainties. when there's an open option in front of you which seems all so tempting yet you're doubting it all because you know it's going to be something brand new(you're not ready yet), totally out of your own expectation, way beyond your imagination... but you never know, what's there awaiting you. it must be a new experience over-flowing with excitement and joy.

This is the second time I'm baking a banana cake... and it turns out pretty good (for a second-timer)! The recipe is pretty simple. Here you go..
First, prepare the following:
250g of butter, 200g of sugar, 200g of bananas, 300g of flour, 5 eggs, a bit of salt, banana essence and baking powder, whipping cream or milk powder..
first, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs and continue to cream till light and smooth. (tips from the book: butter and sugar has to be well-creamed before adding the eggs, and the eggs should be added in slowly to avoid curdling)

next, fold in the sieved flour and mix well. meanwhile, mash the bananas and mix with the rest of the ingredients until they look something like this...then, pour the mixture into a greased and lined loaf tin, something like that.Bake at 180 degree celcius for 40 minutes. And... ta-daa! your cake is all ready to be served.I'm too lazy to serve my cake nicely.. So this is the best decent photo I managed to take. ;P It tasted not bad at all, but there's still room for improvement..

Often when a relationship is over, we tend to assume that the party which ends the relationship is at wrong, regardless of the numerous reasons he/she has 'prepared'. You'll be surprised with the list of reasons one can come up with when he/she is determined to break up with the other. Sad but true, those reasons usually don't make sense.

More often than not, as I've seen from my past experience, and also examples around, there's only ONE reason for breaking up. Of course, you can have thousands of ways to present THAT reason by using different phrases, different colour of words, different 'wrapping' style and all but after everything, when you look back and sum up everything, you'll still come back to the ONE and ONLY ONE universal reason - you're ready to see someone else.

I have a friend who doesn't believe in long distance relationship at all. She used to be one of those who can shout out loud at the top of her lungs saying no one's going to fail her when she was in her previous distanced relationship. But somehow, the relationship didn't work out in the end. It ended up pretty ugly with some bad betrayals. It was like the reality gave her a good hard hit at the back of her head which changed her perspectives on long-distance r'ship.
So recently, being asked if she wants to be in another long distance r'ship, she thinks that's a big NO for her. Yes, she'd seen people who went through it and almost reaching the 'and so, they live happily ever after' part... but those are the rare cases I'd say.

....

I've forgotten what did I intend to write for this entry at first.. I'm sure I had something. urgh! Now I don't know how shall I end it...

*symptoms of aging* -_-@

Perhaps triangle/rectangular r'ship is the trend nowadays...

For safety, instead of a condom, wear a mask during sex.

THAT is the important message after the former Health Minister's sex scandal which became the sizzling hot topic in town for the past few days.

It's not like Dr Chua Soi Lek is the ONE and ONLY ONE who is committed to sexual sins. Well, he was pretty unlucky to have been caught. That's all. Having said that, the sex affair is, after all, his personal matter. It has nothing AT ALL to do with the politics.

Some say that politicians are the leaders of our society, hence they should be the role model and be 24/7-well-equipped with all the eighty moral values we learn in school. oh ya? So, the resignation is a definite right thing to do since he failed to 'behave' and had a sex affair with a personal friend. (here is the big So) SO, if a politician who is caught involved in a sex affair has already resigned, then what about those who are misusing the PUBLIC FUNDS, cheating, or worse, corrupting??! Guess we'll then have less than five, if not zero, politicians left in no time..

I personally have no more comments regarding his private action but I give my sympathy to his children. They will be going through a hard time overcoming those black feelings.. Imagine how people will be looking at them differently, that must be awful..

I think the biggest problem is with the society and the media. Some people really need to learn (from basic) how to mind their own business. Instead of saying Malaysia is a conservative country, I would rather say that this is a country full of gossipers and busybodies. People just can't stop invading into others' privacy, stalking, or simply talking behind your back......

Take a simple example. I have recently just uploaded THIS photo on my friendster account. William came to Korea on Christmas and we hung out together most of the time. It was great... I didn't know he can be such a humorous person and to be frank, I'd known him since god-knows-when, but the amount we talked for the first two days we met in Korea was more than what we had talked for the past ten years or more. He's a fun person with lotsa interesting crap.. lol.
This photo is taken outside the casino. It'd make the story more interesting if I say it's outside the walker hill hotel instead.. Back to the story. I uploaded this photo on my friendster account.. and out of boredom, i just captioned it as 'current bf.'

I had no second intention other than making fun of him. I know he'd be furious if he saw that.. LOL. BUT, little did i know that one photo and a caption like that can create such an impact..I got a message from him the next morning saying that some people had gone to him and questioned him about it. (Obviously they know it from MY friendster account, so why dont they just fuckin' ASK me DIRECTLY??! I seriously dont have a single idea whats this 'ham-minded' people thinking...)

note: mr. zes created the word 'ham-mind' (the original word is ham-handed) to describe people like my (real) ex-bf who's still constantly disturbing me with all his midnight calls and texts... LOL.

Laugh Out Loud!

So I guess as we grow, we're getting less obsessed with all the drinking and countdown parties on days like christmas eve or new year eve. I still remember just two or three years ago, i've always wanted to be at the most happening event in town on days like that. Surprise.. how one can change in such short time. I think I can now be Chea Yin's best friend.. keke. (Now that i finally understand why you always try to stay away from the crowd. lol ;P it makes sense.) Ask me now where's the best place to go for christmas eve or new year eve and i'll tell you to go nowhere else but STAY AT HOME.

I've been home for five days now but I haven't really met anyone or been anywhere.. Tesco is opened in KB! (that's a news k..) there's a err, what is that again?.. not J Co but .... (argh, i just ate it 10 mins ago but i can't recall the name now.. damn, symptoms of getting old. referring to Jas' blog now..) Big Apple there.. Yang went there and bought back one dozen of the donuts for me. -_-" I dont understand why people think that's so so so delicious... talking about donuts, krispy kreme still rules, for me. enough said.

Sigh. Maybe it's me that obviously need a good update.. Apart from the J Co and Big Apple, (i miss krispy kreme..) i don't know what Carl's junior is, where Mardigras is, and what's so tasty about the johnnie walker blue label mixed with coke (baileys on the rock and mojito still my fav..) and I actually need my best friend ms. chua aun aun to give me the details of the above mentioned. wth... -____- lol.

So, I've been secluding myself from the outside world in this best soothing hideaway. Seriously, i don't know a single thing happening on land (good thing about staying on the 27th floor: the ultimate peace) even if it's raining or not. I've been sleeping, eating, reading, watching dvds, playing piano, online, eating, baking, reading... and that's about my day. *hmmmmh* this is lifeee :D nobody effin' cares if you can explain the second law of thermodynamics or the characteristic equation.

i'll show you my first two attempts on my baking skills... they were all under my mum's very-strict supervision. have been scolded a few times for being sucha ham-handed.. anyways.

first baked this butter cake for my dad. i think he loves it.
and then.. THIS! strawberry cheese cake. brought the strawberries home all the way from korea.. first time decorated a cake. well, mum thinks its a lil ugly (and i kinda agree) but what do you expect for the first time...

mmmmm. 好的开始是成功的一半。화이팅!
AUGUST RUSH. "Sometimes the world tries to knock it out of you. But I believe in music the way that some people believe in fairy tales." - August Rush

Watched this movie two days after Christmas in Korea. This is a story about an orphan, named Evan Taylor at the earlier part of the movie and later, August Rush (Freedie Highmore), who was separated from his parents since birth. He's a gifted kid who has a superior music talent in him to the stage where he can hear music from anything, anywhere. He never give up his effort in searching his long-lost parents who he's never even met before, through performing music. He believes through music, that's the only way to get himself back to his birth parents - Lyla Novacek (Keri Russell) who is a cellist in the movie and Louis Connelly (Jonathan Rhys-Meyers), an Irish guitarist, also a lead singer in a band.. hence, he never stop playing... i personally love this music-fantasy drama to bits. i find the main actors are individually very charismatic and put together, they just create the harmony elements of the movie... There are some critics which say Lyla is bad at faking it playing the cello but since I don't know anything about the cello, I can't tell, really.. It doesn't really matter that much. The music is incredibly good after all.
Highly recommend this movie to those who love music.. (note: you must still have that inner-child in yourself, if not, just forget about it..) remember that this is a fairy-tale drama. if you're one person like i mentioned, i guarantee you'll be touched like hell..
i went to watch this movie with four guys. four of us love the movie except for one who came out from the cinema saying "that's unrealistic!" -_-@ but another guy actually told me that he was moved to tears.. so, go watch the movie and tell me again if you're with me. :)

Looking back at the year that was 2007... It's undeniable that it has been a year filled with laughters and tears.. Of all things, one of the greatest thing which happened to me in year 2007 is getting to know these people..

(top)chie and nozomu,
(bottom)wonny and manabu.

chie, nozomu and manabu are exchange students from japan.. they came in to korea univ. in february. i get to know them around april through wonny who was one of the KUBA members back then. (now that u'r a KUBA 'old' boy.. ahem.. and also someone's officially turning twenty-five in less than 30days. :-O )
i can't believe i'm already missing them.. we really had spent a lot of great time together. from having lunch and dinner together, to our first trip to seokmodo, to all the drinking parties, to the ski trip... they are really nice people and have been great friends of mine for the one whole year in korea univ.. i can't imagine how would life in korea univ be for this one year if i had not known them. sigh.. wont get to see them in korea univ anymore next year. sometimes i'm not good at expressing myself, but esp. wonny.. he has helped me a lot, in almost EVERYthing. i first met him outside the 'innovative hall' in our science campus. i haven't noticed him until that day after class and we just abruptly said hello. he has been not just a friend to me, but also a listener, a private tutor, a cook, a brother, even a mother to me for the past nine months since we know each other. i must say i haven't met anyone with better patience than him to tolerate with my level of stubbornness. i regret those times when i had my bad days and threw my tantrums at him for no reasons at all. i can be very ridiculous at times. not did i just forget to appreciate what he's been doing for me at those times but still ignore him and turn a deaf ear to his kind words. urghh, i'm such a pest. so, to cut the long story short, here.. i just wanna say thank you for everything, and most importantly for being there for me.. really! and the rest.. i think you know. :) i'll be calling you ajushi soon... instead of oppa. keke!
...... and so, another year has come and gone.

i literally spent the last day of 2007 in airplanes and airports. woke up as early as 5 in the morning to get myself to incheon international airport. flying with japan airlines this time. boarded the first plane at 930am... the breakfast provided was a little dissapointing -_-". okay, maybe it's just the breakfast, u cant expect too much. lets wait for lunch, i told myself.

transit at tokyo. waited for two hours at narita international airport. shopped a little and skipped my lunch, 1st becoz the food in the airport was darn so expensive and 2nd, i never expect food in airport to be good..(you dont pay for something which you already know is not good)

boarded the second plane at 140pm.. lunch was served one hour after take-off. the food was worse than what i expected.. i remember the last time i flew with JAL, which was last year, it wasn't that bad. hmmph, the airline should be doing something, or at least, pay some attention to their quality control..

no one was sitting next to me this time! good thing? well, was hoping at the least that i would be sitting next to a good-looking, if not RICH, guy, but... hmm. not that lucky this time i guess. never been tat lucky be4 anyway. (let alone the 'ambitious' hope before check-in at the counter that my seat will be upgraded to business class due to whatever reason ..lol) the world always treat me so realistic.. so sad but true. so after lifting up the armrest, i had two seats all to myself.. (yess, its a good thing). managed to sleep for three hours or so..

touched down at the familiar klia at 810pm. picked up my luggage and checked-in again at the domestic flight counter.. finally boarded the last plane at 1035pm which brought me home. 55mins' journey from kl to kb seems so short after the 7 hours flight from tokyo to kl..

bro picked me up from the airport and we reached home at 12 sharp. i was welcomed by the greatest hug and warmest happy new year greeting from mum who was waiting for me at home.. its good to be home again. :)

happy new year people..
